Posting to social media is one more thing on a list that’s already too long. We plan it, create it, and schedule it for you — on brand and on time — so your business stays visible while you get back to running it.
A steady, professional presence — handled for you.
Not viral gimmicks. Just consistent, on-brand posts that keep your business top of mind with the customers you want.
A real content plan
A simple monthly calendar so posts go out on a consistent schedule — not in random bursts whenever someone remembers.
Posts written & designed
On-brand captions and clean graphics created for you, in your voice — promotions, tips, updates, and the things worth following.
The platforms that matter
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn — we focus on where your customers actually are instead of spreading thin across every app.
Truly hands-off
We run the whole thing end to end — planning, creating, scheduling, and posting. You get your time back to run the business.
AI-powered efficiency
We use modern AI tools to move faster and keep costs sensible — while a real person keeps every post accurate and on brand.
Simple check-ins
A plain-English look at what’s working — no confusing dashboards or vanity metrics you can’t act on.
Live from our feed
We practice what we post.
Real posts from the Pittsburgh IT Facebook page — the same steady, useful presence we build for our clients.
Pittsburgh IT
You shouldn't have to think about your IT. If you are thinking about it, something's already broken. My whole job is to make it boring — backups running, patches landing, threats stopped before you ever notice. Most weeks you barely hear from me, and that's exactly the point. Quiet isn't me doing nothing. Quiet is the work.

This isn't a real client — it's a concept site we designed for an imaginary day spa, just to show what's possible. Every business we build for gets its own look: its own colors, type, photography, and feel. No templates, nothing cookie-cutter. Curious what yours could look like? That's a conversation, not a commitment.

Happy Independence Day from Pittsburgh IT! 🎆 We hope you're spending it away from the screens, with the people you enjoy. We'll be back to keeping your tech running smoothly next week.
Our first client build is live! 🎉
412Toring — a Pittsburgh tutor — came to us with a busy clip-art logo and a dated template site. We rebuilt it end to end: a new brand + logo, a bespoke 5-page website, real photography, a working contact form, and an email-safe move to go live (Microsoft 365 untouched).
Swipe through the before → after. And go check out @412toring for warm, one-on-one elementary tutoring in Pittsburgh — reading, math & science.
Want this for your business? Brand, website, and the move to go live — handled by one team.

Heading into the long holiday weekend? ☀️ Before everyone logs off: save and back up your important files, and consider powering down any desktops you won't be using. It saves a little energy and avoids surprises from a storm or power blip. Have a safe and happy Fourth! Questions before you head out? 412-440-0099.
A reminder worth repeating: a backup you've never tested isn't really a backup. Every so often, actually restore a file or two and confirm it opens. Plenty of businesses find out their backup was silently broken only after they need it most. Not sure yours is working? We're happy to take a look at 412-440-0099.

A quick way to catch a phishing email before it bites: watch for false urgency ("act now or your account closes"), a sender address that's slightly off, and links that don't match where they claim to go. When in doubt, don't click. Open the company's website directly, or call them using a number you already trust. A 30-second pause beats a day of cleanup.
If you fix one security thing this month, make it multi-factor authentication (MFA). It means a stolen password alone isn't enough to get into your email or accounts, because a login also needs a code from your phone. Turn it on for email, banking, and anything holding customer data first. It takes a few minutes and blocks the large majority of account break-ins.
#CyberSecurity
A rare joint warning from the U.S. and allied intelligence agencies this week: AI tools capable of launching serious cyberattacks are likely months, not years, away, and small businesses running older systems are the most exposed. No need to panic, but it's a good nudge to cover the basics: turn on multi-factor authentication, keep your software patched, and limit who has access to critical accounts.
